I’m new and have read about some things to do with Adsense like having a search engine on the website etc., and I wanted to know how to create internet traffic for a website, for example, a blog, and how would a blog be searched for, or found on the web?

Hey there, first thing you need to do is to spread the word about your new domain, this can be done by social networking or being active on forums or contributing to comments etc.
Next step would be to check out the web for free seo tools on your “domain of interest”, there are plenty of them, which tools will most likely show what your website status is.
If no other streams, Google will most likely send enough visitors to your domain if its contents is valuable.

Currently having Good, Relevant, and original content can help you increase your traffic.
Within your posted article, you should use the keyword you want to rank for 3-4 times only, have the post be around 400 words. You should add posts regularly every few days (word press will let you schedule the posts to appear as you wish) instead of throwing a bunch of posts up at once.
